We are looking for an internal sales order administrator who will provide support to our Commercial team. This function will assist in problem solving to achieve maximum resolution related to operations of the department.
- Provide prompt and efficient responses to customer quote requests.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Accurately enter and process customer sales orders.
- Generate product sale invoices and issue corresponding credit memos as needed.
- Enter vendor invoices and process timely vendor payments.
- Prepare and distribute internal reports to Management in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate vendor and accounting information across internal databases.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
