We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Internal Service Writer to join our service team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, know your way around RV systems, and thrive on keeping things organized and efficient behind the scenes, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Write and process internal service work orders for sold units and dealership inventory
- Coordinate with the sales and service departments to ensure timely prep and delivery of RVs
- Inspect sold units and identify required repairs or upgrades before delivery
- Order and track parts needed for internal service jobs
- Communicate status updates to sales managers and delivery coordinators
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing for internal repair orders
- Support the service manager in scheduling and workflow management
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in RV or automotive service writing or coordination
- Familiarity with RV systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency with service software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
