COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children’s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season. Job Summary: This position performs radiographic procedures for interventional studies in specialized areas. Education Requirements: • Successful completion of a JRCERT approved radiologic program Experience Requirements: • One year pediatric imaging experience • One year diagnostic imaging experience • Experience in interventional radiology and Cath lab Certification/License/Registry Requirements: • Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) License • Current Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency MRTBE license • Current BLS for healthcare providers from the American Heart Association
