Qualifications:
- Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Troubleshooting
- Printer Support skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus
- Experience in healthcare IT support is advantageous
Primary Responsibilities and Specific Duties:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Help Desk Technician located in Kissimmee, FL. The IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues with desktop computers, and offering printer support. The role also involves providing general help desk support to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems within the organization.
