processes including IFBs, RFPs, RFQs
Draft, review, and finalize solicitations and
Statements of Work
Strategic thinking and problem solving
Experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing solicitations and Statements of Work
Understanding of Virginia state procurement policies
Experience in procurement processes and contractual terminology
Knowledge and understanding of the VPPA
