Pay: $50/hr (1099)
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing testing in complex, enterprise-level software implementations
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with tax systems, public sector software, or regulatory environments preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage test cycles, defect tracking, and reporting protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and stakeholder updates
- Experience with testing interfaces, forms, reports, and document generation
- Competence in planning and validating data conversions
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Excel, or other test management platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB) preferred (or equivalent experience)
· Agreement to follow IRS Pub 1075 Requirements
· Agreement to State background check
