Your journey starts now—protect and innovate with ManTech!Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Journeyman Cybersecurity Analyst, Integration Cell to join our team in Doral, FL.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Contributes to the integration of security tools and technologies within the Integration Cell, ensuring effective operation and interoperability.
Analyzes and assesses the security posture of integrated systems, identifying potential risks, vulnerabilities, and breaches stemming from integration efforts.
Participates in security audits and vulnerability assessments, focusing on integrated systems and their resilience to threats.
Installs, configures, and maintains security tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, EDR, SIEM, vulnerability scanners, DLP solutions) to protect sensitive information and systems within the Integration Cell.
Collaborates with Integration Cell Teams and other stakeholders to ensure security is integrated into systems integration projects, develops security documentation, participates in incident response, and receives guidance from senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, or related field or 4 additional years’ experience may be exchanged in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
4+ years of experience with 2+ years of position-specific relevant experience.
Strong understanding of firewall administration, incident detection, firewall architecture, and intrusion detection systems.
Experience with risk assessment tools, technologies, and methods.
Experience designing secure networks, systems, and application architectures.
Experience with disaster recovery, computer forensic tools, technologies, and methods.
Experience planning, researching, and developing security policies, standards, and procedures.
DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification.
Desired Qualifications:
Master’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience supporting DoD programs and with cloud-based technologies.
Basic familiarity with Government Security Regulations and Frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, FedRAMP, DoD STIGs), common cybersecurity threats, and the role of a SOC.
Knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, and familiarity with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and firewalls.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, ITIL Foundation, GSEC, CySA+), along with 8570 CSSP certification.
Experience at a DoD Combatant Command or component is desired
Clearance Requirements:
Must have an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
