We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic Account Manager to oversee client relationships and daily operations within our logistics division. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service through effective project oversight, operational coordination, and consistent client engagement. The ideal candidate will combine strong client-facing skills with a deep understanding of logistics workflows and project management.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their goals and challenges.
- Regularly update clients, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet client needs and align with business objectives.
Operational Oversight & Coordination
- Work with the Operations Manager to monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for better client service.
- Support onboarding and client check-ins for smooth transitions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with strategies.
- Advocate for clients internally and ensure their concerns are addressed.
- Assist with client reports and escalate issues for timely resolution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles, preferably in logistics or supply chain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying client needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
