Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Call Centre Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of our call centre activities. This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic about operations, customer engagement, and gaining practical experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily call centre operations and schedules.
- Support call centre agents with processes, tools, and client information.
- Monitor call performance metrics and assist in reporting.
- Handle basic customer enquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, campaigns, and client interactions.
- Assist in training new call centre staff and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with management to identify process improvements and enhance efficiency.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records.
