Position Summary
As an Junior Event Sales Assistant, you’ll play a key role in representing our clients at live events. You’ll speak directly with attendees, introduce products and services, and help drive on-site sales through positive, face-to-face interaction. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is eager to start a career in sales or marketing. No experience is required — full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with event attendees and promote brand offerings in person.
- Support on-site sales efforts by converting interest into purchases.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting impressions.
- Help generate leads, close sales, and meet team sales goals.
- Collaborate with team members to align with overall marketing goals.
- Report customer feedback and event outcomes to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
