Responsibilities:
- Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android devices
- Resolve hardware/software issues in person and remotely
- Assist with network/system tasks and software installations
- Maintain IT documentation and ensure data security
- Optional: Help with T-SQL queries and SSRS reports
Requirement:
- 1–3 years of IT support experience (law firm a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Windows OS
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of networking and security best practices
- T-SQL/SSRS experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
