Work Schedule Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
Our business hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Weekends: You must have availability for at least one weekend day (9:00 AM–5:00 PM).
- Weekdays: You must have availability for either 7:00 AM–12:00 PM or 2:00 PM–7:00 PM on scheduled days.

About Us: We are a boutique, cage-free pet resort offering luxury boarding, daycare, and grooming. Our team provides top-quality care with professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on animal safety and well-being. This is a fast-paced role for a dependable, hard-working, and animal-savvy individual — not just a “play with dogs” job.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stress-free environment for all dogs in our care.
- Supervise and manage group play sessions, watching for signs of stress, illness, or unsafe behavior.
- Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, and equipment according to strict protocols.
- Handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, including lifting up to 50 lbs and managing strong pullers.
- Follow feeding schedules, administer medications, and record care details accurately (every day).
- Ensure all pets are in clean, healthy condition-- any odd behavior should always be notified to supervisor and pet parent.
- Write daily report cards and take clear, engaging photos for each boarding/daycare guest.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management.
- Recognize and respond quickly to emergencies or changes in animal behavior.
Requirements
- Experience with dogs in a professional or volunteer capacity strongly preferred.
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Must have a car and excellent attendance record. Late shows are not tolerated.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Comfort handling cleaning chemicals and performing deep-cleaning tasks.
- Clean up after pet eliminations throughout the day without missing a beat.
- Must be able to work HOLIDAYS and during peak seasons. Holiday pay is included plus bonus.
