Ray Ray’s is opening a new, full service restaurant in Johnstown, Ohio. This is part of our new Ohio Style concept focusing on craft cocktails, exceptional hospitality and our award winning bbq, burgers and wings. This concept will feature down to earth, low and slow cuisine served in a high end setting with high quality service and beverages.
We are seeking talented and experienced line cooks and prep cooks to join our casual fine dining BBQ restaurant. The ideal candidates should demonstrate culinary skills, organization, grit, determination and a passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience.
COOK RESPONSIBILITIES (Concise)
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards.
- Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation.
- Follow proper station setup and mise en place.
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Manage ticket times and prioritize orders during service.
- Assist with prep work, restocking, and inventory rotation.
- Follow opening, closing, and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Support team and adapt to changing kitchen needs.
$15-$19 per hour
