What You’ll Do
As a Kitchen Hospitality Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and nourishing environment for our employees by supporting daily lunch set-up, clean-up, and light meal prep using crockpots and healthy ingredients. Your work directly impacts the comfort and satisfaction of our team, helping to foster a sense of care and community through well-prepared meals and thoughtful service. Success in this role requires attention to detail, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a proactive mindset in maintaining cleanliness and organization. Most importantly, we value individuals who bring warmth, hospitality, and kindness to every task, making lunch a time for our employees to relax, connect, and recharge.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily lunch set-up and clean-up, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for employee use.
- Periodically prepare simple meals using crockpots and healthy ingredients as directed, maintaining high food safety and sanitation standards.
- Keep snacks, beverages, and kitchen supplies stocked and attractively arranged throughout the day.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and break room areas.
- Stay proactive in identifying needs or issues in the kitchen space and communicate them promptly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items (20–50 lbs.) and perform tasks that require bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is a plus
- Friendly and professional
- Flexible and able to quickly adapt to new circumstances
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

What we offer
Compensation: Estimated range of $18-$20/hour based on experience.
