Duties
- Assist in the preparation of food items as directed by the culinary team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
- Support chefs and cooks by providing necessary ingredients and equipment during food preparation.
- Bus tables and assist with banquet setups as required, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Clean kitchen appliances, surfaces, and floors to uphold hygiene standards.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling practices are followed.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
