Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Foreman to lead a landscaping crew in the installation, maintenance, and enhancement of residential and commercial properties. The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, ensuring high-quality work, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a crew of landscapers on job sites to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
- Read and interpret landscape plans, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Oversee installation of landscaping elements such as sod, plants, trees, retaining walls, patios, irrigation systems, and drainage solutions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Monitor crew performance and provide training or guidance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and company leadership regarding project progress and any issues.
- Maintain detailed records of labor, materials, and project timelines.
- Enforce company policies and job site safety standards at all times.
Skills
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques for efficient water management.
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure landscapes are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained.

Pay: $20.75 - $21.75 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
