Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape/Hardscape Installer who is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of landscape and hardscape installation. This role requires someone who can confidently lead a crew, execute detailed designs without question, and contribute light design input when needed. You will be the on-site leader, responsible for quality, safety, crew management, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew to deliver high-quality landscape and hardscape installations on time and within budget.
- Accurately read and execute landscape and hardscape plans, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, planting, grading, and drainage.
- Install designs created by our design team with precision and without deviation unless approved.
- Provide light design input and collaborate with the design team to ensure constructability and client expectations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, material coordination, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, addressing questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards, conducting daily safety briefings and maintaining a clean job site.
- Document work progress, issues, and milestones for project managers and leadership.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in landscape and hardscape installation with a strong technical skill set.
- Proven leadership ability to run a crew effectively, including training and conflict resolution.
- Ability to interpret and execute detailed landscape and hardscape plans accurately.
- Basic design skills and the ability to understand and implement design intent without question.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team coordination.
- Commitment to safety, quality craftsmanship, and reliability.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
