As the Hardscape Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the construction and installation of a wide range of hardscape features, including patios, retaining walls, walkways, artificial turf, and water elements, ensuring all work aligns with project specifications, design plans, safety standards, and timelines.
This position demands strong leadership abilities to effectively manage, mentor, and motivate your crew while maintaining high-quality workmanship and efficiency on site. You will collaborate closely with design build superintendents, project managers, landscape designers, and clients to troubleshoot challenges, optimize construction processes, and deliver exceptional results. A deep technical knowledge of hardscape materials, installation techniques, and equipment operation is essential, along with excellent communication skills to keep projects on track and foster a positive team environment.
While this position is primarily seasonal, work opportunities are also available during the winter months.
