Back to Nature Landscaping is a successful and BUSY landscape Install and Maintenance contractor who has been helping employees build a better life in Blacksburg, VA and the New River Valley for over 8 years. We provide many landscaping services from mowing to hardscaping.

Day in the life of Landscape, Maintenance, & Hardscape Leaders:
- Meeting with the Maintenance Director/Project Manager every morning to go over tasks and goals for the day and week.
- Assisting Crew Leader in loading and getting out of shop in an efficient manner every morning
- Working directly with Crew Leader to understand each facet of Back To Nature Landscaping’s divisions and how they work together.
- Growing and learning each task that must be performed.
- Working to obtain as much information as possible to work your way up the career ladder.
- Assist Crew Leader in completing daily tasks in an efficient manner.
- End of day clean up and loading for the next day at the shop.

Requirements:
- Has a desire to work outside in all seasons of Southwest Virginia
- Works well with others
- Willing to learn multiple facets of the Landscape / Green Industry.
- Has a desire to work with their hands.
- Can work 10 hour days with over time as needed.
- Willing to perform Snow and Ice Removal as necessary.
- Has a desire to grow within our company and grow with the Green Industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
