Landscape Maintenance Laborer –
N.R.Guerini is a fast-growing landscape construction and landscape maintenance company servicing the South Shore and Metro-Boston area.
N.R.Guerini is looking for a hardworking individual(s) who take pride in their work and would like to join our team. Position will consist of performing landscape management tasks on both residential and commercial properties with room to grow.

Job Status: Full-Time
Location: Marshfield, MA
Pay: Based off previous experience
Responsibilities –
- Weekly mowing and maintenance on properties.
- Performing a wide variety of other maintenance tasks on properties throughout the landscaping season, such as spring and fall clean-ups, mulching, ornamental pruning, and weeding.
- Aiding landscape construction crew when needed.
General Requirements –
- Must work well with others.

- Dependable, well-organized, and takes pride in their work.
- Willingness to learn and continue to develop as the company grows.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers Class D license with a clean driving record.
- MA DOT card (at least be able to obtain one).
- Must have available references upon request.
Landscape Maintenance Requirements –
- Familiar and comfortable with operating commercial lawn mowers (Walker, Bobcat, and Scag) and power tools.
- Proper pruning and general maintenance practices.
- Must be in good physical condition to work efficiently in outdoor conditions.
