Landscape Mowing Foreman & Laborers (Full-Time)

We're a leading design-build landscape construction and maintenance company with a reputation for excellence and award-winning projects. We're expanding our Maintenance Division and are looking for experienced Mowing Foremen and Skilled Laborers to maintain some of the most beautiful and high-end residential properties in New Haven County.
Position Details
Mowing Foreman Responsibilities:
- Lead a crew in daily lawn care and landscape maintenance operations
- Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency at each job site
- Transport equipment and crew to sites (clean driving record required)
- Train and guide team members in best practices and safety
Landscape Laborer Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal landscape tasks
- Assist foreman with equipment and daily operations
- Keep properties looking pristine and professionally maintained
✅ Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL a plus)
- Previous landscaping or lawn care experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be dependable, hardworking, and a team player
- Good physical condition (lifting, walking, operating equipment)
