I am looking to hire two competent individuals as landscape, hardscape, and lawn care associates.
I am looking for folks who are willing to work as needed. my company is small, but I'm looking to grow and hours can vary from 0-40 hours per work.
As the company grows, my intent would be to make these positions permanent.
Must Haves:
- MUST know how to install hardscapes
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- Must be able to lift, push, pull 50+ lbs
- Landscape experience is required
- Must be highly motivated
- Must be willing to learn
Summary
As a Landscaping Associate, you will be integral to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, reporting directly to the Landscape Manager. This role focuses on lawn care, landscape maintenance, and groundskeeping, ensuring that properties are visually appealing and well-kept. Your core skills will include the use of hand tools and irrigation systems, while your premium mechanical knowledge will aid in operating equipment like excavators. With relevant expertise in tree care and gardening, you will contribute to creating beautiful landscapes that meet the organization's high standards. Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment such as excavators for various landscaping projects.
- Ensure proper irrigation and watering of plants and lawns.
- Conduct tree care and groundskeeping activities to maintain aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain and repair landscaping tools and machinery as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
