Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Lash Technician to join our team at Micro Brow & Lash in Beverly Hills. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for beauty services and a dedication to enhancing clients' natural beauty through the meticulous application of eyelash extensions. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy building meaningful relationships with clients, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision and care, including Volume/Mega Volume techniques.
- Consult with clients to determine their desired look and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance for eyelash extensions.
- Upsell additional beauty services, such as lash lifts or brow tinting, to enhance the client’s experience.
- Assist with front desk duties, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and checking in clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and beauty services.
Qualifications:
- Valid Cosmetology or Esthetician License.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Lash Technician, with a focus on Volume/Mega Volume techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide exceptional guest services.
- Experience in retail sales and familiarity with booking software like MINDBODY or Square is preferred.
- Knowledge of additional beauty services like dermal fillers, hair extensions, deep tissue massage, hair styling, and threading techniques is a plus.
- A polished and professional appearance with a passion for beauty and client satisfaction.
