We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic beauty team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients. Your expertise in beauty treatments will help enhance the overall client experience, making them feel beautiful and confident.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide additional beauty services as needed, including makeup application and body waxing.
- Engage in retail sales by recommending beauty products that complement the services provided.
- Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
- Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
- Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a related beauty field is preferred.
- Proficiency in hair styling, makeup application, body waxing, and barbering is a plus.
- Familiarity with salon software systems to manage appointments and client records effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively to educate clients on product benefits.
- A proactive approach to upselling services and products while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
