Job Requirements
- Pass Live Scan Fingerprint Clearance (LIC 9163)
- Pass a criminal background check
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Current driver’s license with valid insurance.
- Current American Heart Association BLS or First Aid/CPR certification.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Management experience with ability to train and educate other employees.
- Ability to interact professionally with all parties involved in the care of clients.
Responsibilities of the Lead Caregiver/Scheduler, but are not limited to, the following:
- Supervision of caregiving staff.
- Assist with developing Care Plans for clients.
- Manage schedule for caregivers and clients.
- Maintain client care binders.
- Assist with on-site evaluations.
- Assist with coordination of care when client is on service with other agencies or in a facility.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Will take on-call shifts
Caregiving responsibilities to include, but not limited to, the following:
· Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
· Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
· Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
· Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
· Monitor and record vital signs as required
· Implement behavior management techniques when needed
· Support individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia care
· Drive clients to appointments or outings as needed
Experience:
· Prior experience in home care, nursing homes, or direct support roles is preferred
· Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and behavior management techniques
· Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
· Ability to clean and maintain a safe living environment
· Strong communication skills and empathy towards clients' needs

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
