Responsibilities:
- Oversee painting projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to company guidelines.
- Coordinate with clients and manage painting supplies.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lead Painter or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
