Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and materials, with the ability to work on both residential and commercial projects. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes.
- Drywall installation and repair.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Perform maintenance tasks as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Painter or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools.
- Familiarity with drywall, plastering, stucco application, and masonry work is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills.
