Lead UV Sheetfed Pressman at LPI in New Berlin, WI
As an S. Walter Packaging Group Company, LPI provides: Offset printing, Foil Stamping, Embossing, Digital Enhancement, Die Cutting, Folding and Gluing, Rigid Box manufacturing, and Fulfillment. This is an On-Site position at our New Berlin, WI facility.
Qualifications
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UV Sheetfed Pressman to operate and maintain UV sheetfed printing presses. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up, running, and troubleshooting a Heidelberg XL106” to produce high-quality printed materials in a fast-paced production environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing technology is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating UV sheetfed presses (e.g., Heidelberg, Komori, KBA, or similar).
- Strong understanding of press mechanics, color theory, and UV ink/curing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret job tickets, layouts, and color guides.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
- Cold Foil experience is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
· Tolerance to noise and exposure to ink and cleaning chemicals.
