The Learning Center Coordinator's
Key responsibilities include:
- Staff Management – Trains and oversees tutors and community support partners, ensuring high-quality instructional support.
- Student Support – Provides guidance to students on academic planning and goal setting to foster educational growth.
- Compliance & Regulations – Ensures adherence to local, state, and federal education laws, maintaining a compliant and supportive learning environment.
- Educational Testing Coordination – Serves as a liaison, coordinating and supporting the school, families, and students through educational assessments with Local Educational Agencies and private providers.
- Community Engagement – Collaborates with parents, school administrators, and community partners to expand learning opportunities and student support systems.
- Performance Evaluation – Monitors student progress, particularly for those with learning differences and evaluates outcomes,
