Piedmont Apartments, LLC is growing! We are currently looking for an office assistant/ leasing agent position for our Easley office. This position is full time, Monday through Friday. Piedmont Apartments, LLC is locally owned and operated with commercial, single family, multi family, and self storage units.
Responsibilities:
This position requires strong organization and communication skills, both written and oral. Answering phones, website and social media inquiries and email.
Maintaining property management software. Experience with Appfolio a plus.
Providing friendly and efficient customer service for current residents, inquiries, addressing concerns and managing complaints.
Assisting with and performing property tours, preparing lease agreements, and processing applications. While also assisting with move in and move out procedures with residents and ensuring smooth transitions.
Strong marketing skills are helpful in this position to create listings, utilizing social media platforms, and developing marketing strategies.
Administrative tasks include maintaining all records of lease agreements, maintenance requests, up to date tenant information and property details, with both paper and electronic files.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a property management office. Property Management license is not required.

Expected hours: 35 – 39 per week
