Ascend Disability is a young law firm headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. We planted our roots in New Orleans, and opened our doors in August of 2013. Our reach extends to more and more people every day, as we constantly search for the tired, the needy, and the downtrodden. If you are amazing enough to become part of our team, you will have the opportunity to change lives every day, and to create opportunity for you and your family.
Our law firm is looking to add a talented, driven, results-oriented, amazing Intake Specialist to our team. The position involves working on the phone and speaking with potential clients for much of the day. Excellent communication is absolutely critical to your success in this very important position. If you do not like being on the phone or speaking with people who are having a tough day, you probably will not be happy doing this job. You must be an empathetic communicator, as most of our potential clients are going through hard times. A friendly demeanor is necessary to remind them that they are not alone in their struggles, and that—should they choose our firm—they will be treated with the utmost dignity, respect, and professionalism. This position is at the very top of our client service funnel that turns potential clients into winning cases. As such, it is one of the most mission-critical, hands-on jobs in the firm.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with Call Center, Sales, Legal Assistant, or Paralegal experience to make a change. You must be comfortable bragging a little bit about the excellent job that we do for our clients. A little sales experience does not hurt. However, we do not sell a bill of goods. We sell results, and you need to be able to explain why our firm is the best choice for potential clients. That part of the job is the easy part, because we are really good at what we do!
