Justice Bridge Capital is a new litigation funding firm based in Boca Raton, FL. We are looking for an Intake Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has completed a degree in Criminal Justice or a similar field and has experience working in the legal industry. The role will work exclusively with the CEO and COO and have the chance to move into a more significant role. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Position Summary
As an Intake Specialist, you will play a vital role in our firm by ensuring a smooth and efficient intake process for new clients. You will be responsible for fielding incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our legal team. The right candidate will have:

Responsibilities
- Field incoming calls from potential clients to gather information on potential cases.
- Schedule transportation arrangements for new clients to and from our office.
- Schedule appointments for both potential and existing clients.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for new clients throughout the intake process.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and organizational skills to optimize client onboarding efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with our attorneys to guarantee a seamless intake process.
- Perform clerical tasks, including translation, primary research, intake follow-up for outstanding items, and drafting emails to the appropriate team.
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research.
- Proficient in project management and handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in a legal or administrative setting is required.
Benefits and Compensation
Justice Bridge Capital offers health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. This is a full-time on-site position in Boca Raton, FL. The hourly rate of pay starts at $22 and is overtime-eligible.
