Title: Legal Operations and Support Analyst

Salary: $99,750 - $150,500
Focus: The Legal Operations and Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the legal department in driving continuous improvement in its efficiency and effectiveness.
Legal Operations and Support Analyst Essential Job Functions:
- Act as administrator for the legal billing, litigation and matter management system, Legal Tracker, with a goal of identifying opportunities to leverage the tool more broadly in the future
- Independently handle routine reports and communications with outside insurers on litigation matters
- Assist in developing, designing, implementing, and supporting legal department policies, processes, and online tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness and reduce costs
- Develop and update monthly, quarterly and annual reports, metrics, and dashboards to monitor people, processes, and spend
- Drive understanding and management of legal department operations-related financial matters, including through data gathering, reporting and analysis
Legal Operations and Support Analyst Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree* with minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment; Ability to work well under pressure, respond to tight deadlines, learn from mistakes and address root causes, not just symptoms
- Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making appropriate decisions independently and knowing when to ask questions or seek assistance; Ability to balance multiple tasks/deadlines and effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and experience in working with highly confidential information
- Strong computer skills, including high proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and similar systems and tools; Proficiency with legal billing and matter management systems strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills as well as analytics and problem-solving skills
