We are looking for a Legal Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, including greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail.
Requirement: Arabic (Fluent) and French (Fluent)
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff.
- Maintain filing systems for legal documents.
- Assist with legal research projects.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Update and maintain databases.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
