Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance policies to meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, the ability to analyze customer requirements, and excellent communication abilities. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as they can better serve our diverse clientele. We specialize in offering worksite insurance benefits to business owners through Combined worksite benefits and Chubb Insurance.
Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business and maintain existing client relationships.
- Analyze clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their specific circumstances.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options, coverage details, and terms.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure favorable outcomes for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of client information.
Experience
- Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service background with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Proven ability to analyze information and make informed recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of successful outcomes in sales situations.
