The Neenah-Menasha YMCA is hiring Lifeguards that enjoy the evening crowd. Make a big splash in your life & the lives of others while ensuring the safety of the swim participants, watching the deck & pool and maintaining a safe area. The Neenah-Menasha YMCA has three different pools offering many opportunities for lifeguarding. The Y provides Lifeguard Certification Training and can be made available after an employment commitment and availability to work within our Aquatics department. This is a part-time position with hours between 5-25 hours a week. Premium pay is also available for lifeguards that more than 25 hours a week. Additional shifts are also available.
- 16 years of age or older.
- Lifeguard/CPR Pro and First Aid certification preferred.
- Previous lifeguard experience welcomed, but not required.
- Previous swimming experience necessary.
