Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring vehicles are cleaned and detailed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and a keen eye for detail, contributing to a positive customer experience.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash needs.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, including exterior washing, interior vacuuming, and window cleaning.
- Conduct buffing and polishing of vehicles to enhance their appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including janitorial duties as needed.
- Drive vehicles in and out of the wash area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- Familiarity with car wash operations and detailing techniques is preferred.
- Skills in buffing, cleaning, and maintaining vehicles are highly valued.
- Experience in custodial or janitorial roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
