Role Description
We are currently seeing a full-time, on-site Litigation Assistant to join our Legal Department in Boca Raton. The position will be responsible for requesting records for cases and conducting follow up, receiving and organizing documents for the legal team, preparing authorizations for opposing counsel during discovery, and managing health insurance liens through settlement.

Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of relevant experience, including handling health insurance liens or requesting case records
- Strong ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Previous experience in a personal injury law firm is preferred
