Description
Objectives: To maintain expertise of licensing requirements and process new logo requests and decoration
instructions on a per order basis while adhering to licensor, customer, and divisional parameters.
Responsibilities:
• Create new logos via submitting instructions to the digitizers, including using Illustrator for viewing and
preparing artwork for the digitizers.
• Manage new licensed Ecomm projects from start to finish, to include setting up multiple new logo
designs, meeting specific customer timelines, and tracking project status for management.
• Obtain logo approval on new designs from customers via email or with a physical swatch when
requested.
• Maintain design information in Tracker and AX on a per logo basis.
• Collaborate with licensing to ensure royalty processes are followed for licensed logos and correct
information is entered into the system.
• Assist sales support with decisions on new logo designs and color direction and offer suggestions
when appropriate.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. High school graduate
2. Six to twelve months of Customer Service, embroidery machine operation or other related experience.
3. Possess a great sense of color and design.
4. High level of attention to detail.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities.
7. Intermediate level of Windows navigation and Adobe Illustrator.
8. Familiarity with all sports teams a plus.
