Night Shift: 7P-7A includes some weekend shifts
Vantage Pointe Village is an Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Community in Ashland City, TN. Situated between Nashville and Clarksville. We are less than a 30-minute drive from both! We do not use agency staffing currently.
We are a privately owned community with Long-term staff.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with physical examinations and perform basic life support procedures.
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
Skills:
- Valid LPN license
- Experience a Memory Care setting
- Proficient in medical documentation and electronic health records systems.
- Knowledge of basic life support techniques and protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with memory care patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to lift and move patients as needed.
