Job Overview
We are a rapidly expanding construction company seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturdays as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate subcontractors throughout all phases of construction, including post-completion warranty work.
- Ensure all scheduled tasks are completed on time and to company standards.
- Oversee renovations, additions, and new construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage and coordinate special projects as assigned.
- Maintain quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to timelines.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction, including renovations, additions, and new builds.
- Proven track record managing subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations.
- Professional communication skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and adherence to company procedures.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
