Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of our projects. Responsibilities
- Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site.
- Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an asphalt role is required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: $16.50 - $22.00 per hour
