Maintenance Clerk - The Lingle Corporation
Purpose:
The Maintenance Clerk, is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. Their duties include mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning surfaces with disinfectant and emptying trash cans or recycling bins.
Job Responsibilities:
A Maintenance Clerk is in charge of keeping the workplace clean, organized and disinfected. They usually have the following responsibilities:
Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
Empty trash and recycling bins
Must operate a scrubber and buffer to clean and shine floors
Job Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age.
Must be dependable and flexible based on the needs of the business.
Must adhere to the Company dress code at all times.
Physical Requirements:
Requires the ability to reach, bend, balance, lift, and transport various objects
Must have the ability to stand, walk, and/or move for extended periods of time
Requires the ability to push, pull, and grasp for extended periods of time.
