We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician and Janitor to manage the upkeep of our executive suites. This role is essential in ensuring a well-maintained and efficiently functioning environment.
The ideal candidate will be a reliable professional with strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a proactive yet adaptable approach to maintenance and cleanliness. Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully operational space is a top priority, and we expect our future Maintenance Technician to take full responsibility for upholding these standards.
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings in a clean condition
Perform all heavy-duty cleaning
Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry work, plumbing, air conditioning and electrical repairs.
Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure properties are well-maintained
Respond promptly to repair requests and provide efficient solutions
Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
Practice good customer service
Skills:
Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools
Strong knowledge of general repair and maintenance techniques
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong communication skills
Great team player.
