What You’ll Do:
Keep Equipment Running
- Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance on production machinery.
- Troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize downtime.
- Lubricate, repair, and fine-tune equipment to keep it at peak performance.
- Assist in selecting and setting up new equipment as we expand.
Work with Systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
- Use our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to stay organized and track work.
Prioritize Health & Safety
- Follow USDA, SQF, and GMP guidelines at all times.
- Inspect equipment and perform regular PM checks.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning workspace.
Stay Organized & Connected
- Manage spare parts and supplies.
- Accurately log all maintenance activity.
- Communicate clearly with your team and leadership.
