- Perform general maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry)
- Complete service requests and respond to after-hours emergencies
- Maintain property grounds, buildings, and amenities

- Follow OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing guidelines
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC experience required; EPA Type II or Universal preferred
- Prior experience in apartment or multifamily maintenance
- On-call availability
