Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, cleaning resort of pine needles and maintianing pool/spa along with other tasks that need repair.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Coordinate with management for specialized repairs or installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with employees and members of the resort.
We are a members only campground and customer service is a must have!
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Skilled in performing routine maintenance tasks such as repairing and maintaining the resort and equipment.
- Knowledge of general maintenance/ repair.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
