Maintenance Technician (Bilingual English/Spanish)
We manage multiple residential buildings and are looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance technician.
Job Responsibilities:
- Renovate and prepare vacant apartments for new tenants
- Complete work orders, including basic plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Perform routine building maintenance as needed
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Experience in general maintenance, repairs, and apartment turnovers
- Ability to travel between buildings (within a reasonable area)
