Duties

- Manage inventory, including food preparation supplies and cash handling procedures.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills in hospitality management and customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
- Implement health and safety regulations in accordance with food handling standards.
Experience
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong bartending skills and knowledge of food handling practices are advantageous.
- Experience in supervising teams and conducting interviews is essential.
- Familiarity with cash handling processes and restaurant operations is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with staff and customers.
