What We Offer Our Truck Drivers:
- We pay $0.60 per mile OR 27% from gross - your choice
- Our OTR Drivers AVERAGE $1,800 - $2,000 per week
- Home Time Minimum: 2 Weeks OTR and 2 Days home (1 day home per 1 week out)
- We Pay Detention Pay & Layover/Breakdown Pay
- Weekly Settlements are on Thursdays with direct deposit
- PAID vacation - Earn 1 paid week off per every year worked, up to 3 weeks
- No Touch Freight
- 1099

- Freightliner Cascadia Truck: Manual 10 speed Transmission, DD15 Engine, Thermo King APU, DEF disconnected, refrigerator, microwave, & power inverter.

- 24/7/365 Professional Dispatch Support
- Dedicated Safety, Truck Maintenance, and HR Support
- Safety & Inspection Bonuses, Referral bonus
- Passenger Policy
- 1 Day Orientation
Truck Driver Bonuses:
- Level 1 - $350
- Level 2 - $250
- Level 3 - $150
- $1,000.00 – 4 clean inspections
- $1,500.00 – 5 clean inspections
- $2,000.00 – 6 or more clean inspections
- Referral bonus - $500
Orientation:
- 1 day Orientation: Scheduled between Monday - Thursday
- Location: Schaumburg, IL (25 min from O'Hare airport)
